Designer Spotlight: Liz Ablashi
Liz Ablashi is in the spotlight today and talks with AFB and founder Jenny Morgan about designing through AFB and more.
Jenny: Liz joined AFB in the last year, and is one of those people who is just always together and a pleasure to work with. On top of that, her designs are great, and she is able to cover a wide range of styles well. There is always a whimsy to her designs, but she has a knack for applying different styles to that whimsy to fit what the client needs. Because of this versatility, Liz has had great success in and out of AFB. She recently signed on with Modern Yardage to create exclusive fabric designs for them, and we are just thrilled for her! AFB: Favorite Project(s) You’ve Worked on with AFB?
Liz: I had a lot of fun working on the gift bag collections for Berwick Offray and I’m enjoying coming up with patterns for the AFB marketplace.

AFB: Do you have a favorite celebration?
Liz: Hmm, favorite celebration? I don’t think I have one. However, I love celebrating the first warm spring day with a hike through the woods while looking for local wildlife. My family did this last week and saw exactly one garter snake–LOL!
