Shopping Around…Frozen Summertime Treats

 

 

Summer is full of fun in the sun and seasonal treats, like popsicles and other frozen favorites to keep cool in the hot weather.  Our kids have been having a blast riding their bikes up to 7-11 to buy Slurpees a few times a week in addition to some jaunts to Homer’s, our local ice cream parlor!  It’s a good thing that summer is fleeting and these “treat trips” will soon come to an end.

 

 

However, when we were out shopping, we spotted these super-cool, DIY machines for making Sno-Cones and Shaved Ice so the frozen goodies could go on and on…
