Today, Stephanie Troutner is in our Designer Spotlight, talking with AFB and founder Jenny Morgan about designing through A Fresh Bunch and more.
Jenny: It was fun to welcome Stephanie Troutner as a member, as her designs get their start in life as embroidery. Having a bit of a weakness for embroidery, I love seeing how something that started in one medium makes its way on to the page as a full blown pattern. Read on for more about Stephanie!
AFB: What’s your Favorite Project you’ve worked on with AFB?
Stephanie: My Favorite Project that I’ve worked on so far is designing for the AFB Art Marketplace.
AFB: Design(s) You’re Most Proud of that you’ve done for AFB to-date?
Stephanie: The designs that I’m most proud of up to this point are patterns I’ve created for the Art Marketplace.

AFB: Do you have a Favorite Celebration?
Stephanie: Yes, the 4th of July is my favorite celebration. I love blueberry pie, fireworks and the red, white and blue color scheme! I suspect my love of these things has something to do with being born the year of the USA-Bicentennial 🙂
